The RepScale Engagement Method.

Most AI sales tools don't work because they solve a technology problem. Sales is a people problem. The technology is only useful when it fits the motion your team actually runs. That's what a RepScale engagement builds.

I embed with one B2B sales team at a time. We run three phases. Total engagement length is 12 to 16 weeks, depending on scope.

Phase 1

Diagnostic (2 weeks)

I shadow your team. Ride along on calls. Read your pipeline. Sit in your pipeline reviews. Look at where manual effort is eating the most time and where it's producing the weakest output.

At the end of the two weeks, you get a written diagnostic that names three things: where AI can replace manual effort in your specific motion, what it will take to build it, and what outcome to expect. You also get an honest answer if the fit isn't right. Not every sales org is ready for this. I'd rather tell you now than four months from now.

Phase 2

Build (8 to 12 weeks)

We build two or three AI systems into the tools your team already runs. Prospect research that your SDRs actually use. Outreach that your AEs don't rewrite. Meeting prep that doesn't require a BDR doing two hours of work per call. Whatever the diagnostic said to build.

Your team uses it on real deals while I'm there to fix what breaks and train what's confusing. At the end of the build phase, you have a working system, your team trained on it, documentation for everyone who didn't sit through the build, and an honest read on what changed in the numbers.

Phase 3 — Optional

Retainer (ongoing)

The work doesn't stop when I do. AI changes. Your motion changes. Your team changes. A monthly retainer keeps the system tuned, adds new capabilities as your needs shift, and gives your team a person to call when something breaks. Some clients want this. Some don't. Both are fine.

What the work actually produces.

A clear view of where AI belongs in your sales motion and where it doesn't. Working systems built into your existing stack, not a new tool your reps have to log into. Your team trained on how to use and extend the systems. Documented workflows so knowledge doesn't walk out the door. Measurable impact, tracked against the baseline we set in the diagnostic.

Most engagements total

$50K–$150K

Build price set at the end of the diagnostic.

Retainer

$5K–$12K

Per month. Optional.

Engagements start at $25K for the diagnostic. Build pricing depends on scope and is set at the end of the diagnostic, after we both know what we're building. Most engagements land between $50K and $150K total. Retainers run $5K to $12K per month.

I work with one sales team at a time. The engagement is hands-on, not slides. If you want a consultant who sends you a PDF and invoices monthly, this isn't that.
